About Me

I started doing weddings when I was asked by my sister to officiate her wedding. I was honored that she chose me, and I found that I had a great time doing so! When the guests at the reception kept asking me if I did it professionally, my response quickly went from "No" to "I'm going to start!" It is my hope that I will be able to help many more couples have the very best ceremony on the very best day of their lives.

I like talking to couples and making the ceremony unique and personal for them, but I also know that planning a wedding is a ton of work and a ton of stress, so if you want me to take care of it all with just a few minutes of input, that's fine too! Above all, I want to be easy for you to work with.

I am a supporter of marriage equality and LGBTQ+ weddings. Though American Marriage Ministries is not a religion in the traditional sense, they do have two tenets: Everyone has the right to marry, and everyone has the right to solemnize that marriage. I have always believed this, and I hope to demonstrate those beliefs by officiating everyone's wedding in such a way that they feel comfortable and happy on that special day.

Pricing and Packages

The Essentials - $200:

Everything you need to be legally married. This includes a declaration of intent, pronouncement, the signing of the marriage license, and delivery of the paperwork to the issuing city or town clerk.

Complete Ceremony - $350:

A short, simple ceremony. This includes a customized speech, exchange of vows and rings, and everything included in the Essentials.

Complete Ceremony with Rehearsal - $450:

In addition to the complete ceremony, I'll also come to the rehearsal and go over the speaking part of the ceremony in advance. I won't be doing any of the coordination, as that's generally the job of the wedding coordinator.

Deluxe Ceremony - $700:

A fully customized wedding experience. With this package, I'll meet with you for pre-marriage consultations, either in-person or virtually, so I can write you a completely original speech that tells your love story. Any other aspects of the ceremony can be customized at your request. The rehearsal is also included in this package, and of course all of the essentials as well.
